The Service does not support the upload of user-generated images. The creation of "Deep Fakes", "Face Swaps", or any content intended to realistically impersonate real individuals (including celebrities, public figures, or private citizens) is strictly prohibited. Our AI models are designed for fictional, stylized storytelling only. Any attempt to bypass safety filters to generate realistic non-consensual imagery will result in immediate account termination.

5.2 Content Safety Monitoring

To ensure a safe environment for all users, including children, we employ automated enterprise-grade AI safety filters. These systems actively monitor and block the generation of hate speech, sexually explicit content, excessive violence, and dangerous activities. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this automated moderation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Refund Policy
